Role Overview – Gulf Group Holding Company (LLC) is seeking experienced retail professionals for Branch Manager position in Ras Al Khaimah. These opportunities are ideal for candidates with strong hypermarket or grocery retail experience who are ready to advance their careers and contribute to our growing retail operations.

Branch Operations Leadership – You will lead and manage all branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, visual merchandising, cash management, and daily store activities. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain store standards, drive sales performance, control costs, and deliver excellent shopping experiences that meet company objectives.

Sales and Revenue Management – You will drive branch sales and revenue growth by implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales trends, setting sales targets, motivating the team to achieve goals, maximizing revenue opportunities, managing promotions and campaigns, and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds financial targets consistently.

Team Leadership and Development – You will lead, motivate, and develop the branch team including assistant manager, department supervisors, cashiers, sales staff, and support personnel. You will recruit and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, address performance issues, build team capabilities, and create a positive work environment that supports high performance.

Customer Service Excellence – You will ensure exceptional customer service by setting service standards, monitoring customer interactions, resolving customer complaints and issues, gathering customer feedback, implementing service improvements, training staff on customer service best practices, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels that build loyalty and repeat business.

Inventory and Stock Management – You will oversee inventory management including stock ordering, receiving, storage, stock rotation, inventory levels, stock counts, shrinkage control, and ensuring product availability. You will coordinate with suppliers and warehouse, optimize inventory turnover, minimize wastage and losses, and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

Visual Merchandising and Store Standards – You will maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensure attractive product displays, implement planograms, maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensure proper product placement and signage, create appealing shopping environment, and uphold brand standards throughout the branch.

Financial and Budget Management – You will manage branch budget, control operational costs, monitor expenses, optimize resource utilization, track financial performance, prepare financial reports, analyze profit and loss, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure branch operates profitably within budget parameters.

Compliance and Safety – You will ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, food safety standards, labor laws, and retail regulations. You will implement safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, maintain proper documentation, coordinate with authorities, and ensure safe environment for customers and staff.
