Role Overview: The Branch In-Charge Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth management of staff, inventory, and customer service at one of Yateem Group’s premium fashion retail boutiques in Dubai. The role requires a motivated and detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is passionate about fashion and team success.

Leadership & Operations: The ideal candidate will lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability and enthusiasm among team members. Responsibilities include supervising sales associates, managing shift schedules, setting sales targets, and ensuring all staff deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining store presentation standards.

Sales & Performance Management: The manager will be accountable for achieving monthly sales goals and analyzing sales data to identify areas of improvement. By implementing strategic merchandising techniques and performance tracking, the Branch In-Charge Manager will enhance store profitability and optimize sales opportunities through effective team coaching.

Inventory & Merchandising: Effective stock management is a key part of this position. The manager will oversee order placements, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and seasonal promotions. Attention to detail in display layout and inventory accuracy will ensure the store reflects the brand’s fashion-forward identity and operational efficiency.

Customer Experience: Ensuring an exceptional in-store experience is central to this role. The Branch In-Charge Manager will handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a professional yet approachable atmosphere that reflects the Yateem Group’s high customer service standards.
