MEP Coordination Expertise: The MEP Coordination BIM Modeler will manage and integrate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems into a unified 3D model, ensuring all disciplines are accurately coordinated to prevent design conflicts and construction delays.

Clash Detection and Problem Resolution: The candidate will perform clash detection using Navisworks, identify and resolve conflicts among MEP systems, provide practical solutions, and ensure seamless design integration across all disciplines.

Revit and Navisworks Proficiency: The professional will use Revit to develop accurate models for each MEP system and Navisworks to simulate and validate coordination, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to project requirements.

Technical Documentation and Reporting: Responsibilities include preparing coordination reports, clash resolution logs, and updated technical documentation for all MEP systems, supporting project managers and construction teams in execution.

Project Management Support: The role requires collaborating with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of coordinated models, assist in fast-track projects, and maintain the integrity of high-value project schedules.

Team Collaboration and Communication: The BIM Modeler will facilitate communication between disciplines, support problem-solving for complex design issues, and ensure all stakeholders have access to up-to-date and accurate coordinated models.
