Electrical BIM Modeling Expertise: The Electrical BIM Modeler will develop comprehensive 3D electrical models using Revit, including lighting systems, power distribution, low voltage, fire alarm, and other electrical services, ensuring precise alignment with architectural and mechanical designs.

MEP Coordination Responsibilities: The candidate will coordinate electrical systems with mechanical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve conflicts, optimize design layouts, and ensure seamless integration across all disciplines for efficient construction.

Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks: The professional will use Revit for creating detailed electrical models and Navisworks for clash detection, validating model accuracy, and ensuring that all design changes are updated promptly for project implementation.

Technical Documentation and Shop Drawings: Responsibilities include preparing accurate shop drawings, as-built documentation, and technical specifications for electrical systems, supporting construction teams, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

Fast-Track Project Execution: The candidate will work efficiently on high-value and fast-track projects, delivering high-quality electrical models and drawings within strict deadlines while maintaining technical excellence and quality standards.
