Kinza HR, a global recruitment and talent solutions partner operating across the UAE and beyond, is hiring a Barista on behalf of a client in Dubai. This is a role for someone who understands that behind every great cup is a person who genuinely cares about the craft.

This is a role for someone who knows their espresso from their flat white and takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences. You will prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a high standard, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organised counter. You will work as part of a team, support daily operations, and bring skill, passion, and personality to every shift. If coffee is more than just a job to you, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and customer service. You are friendly, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment. You are based in Dubai and available to join immediately.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. The salary range is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
