Role Overview:As a Bar Back, you will support the bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and clean. You are essential to maintaining the efficiency of bar operations.

Stocking Duties:Ensure the bar is always stocked with liquor, garnishes, glassware, and ice to enable bartenders to serve drinks without delays.

Cleaning & Maintenance:Keep bar counters, shelves, and storage areas tidy. Washing glasses and maintaining sanitation is part of your routine.

Supply Monitoring:Monitor inventory levels and inform the bartender or manager when stock is low. Timely restocking is key.

Equipment Handling:Handle tools and bar equipment safely and assist with setup or breakdown before and after service.

Team Support:Work closely with bartenders and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
