Role Overview: The B2B Sales Executive (Freelance) will promote VR mental wellness technology to clinics, schools, and organizations. This role requires a confident and outgoing personality capable of engaging decision-makers, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions effectively.

Client Acquisition: The candidate will focus on identifying potential B2B clients, establishing connections, and building long-term relationships. Target clients include healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations seeking mental wellness solutions.

Sales Presentations: The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations of the VR mental wellness product. The executive will demonstrate product benefits, address client queries, and persuade decision-makers to adopt the technology.

Negotiation and Closing: Strong negotiation skills are required to finalize deals and secure agreements. The executive will collaborate with clients to structure suitable packages, ensuring mutual benefit and client satisfaction.

Freelance & Commission Structure: This position operates on a freelance basis with additional commission incentives. Performance-driven individuals will have the opportunity to maximize earnings based on sales achievements and client conversions.

Communication and Coordination: Effective communication and coordination with internal teams are essential to support client onboarding, provide product updates, and resolve any post-sales inquiries. The executive will maintain a professional approach in all interactions.
