Job Description
Medical Records Coordination – In this role, you will support the smooth handling of patient records by ensuring files are properly organized, updated, secured, and easily accessible for authorized medical staff throughout daily operations.
Front Desk and Patient Assistance – You will provide direct assistance to patients by guiding them through registration procedures, updating personal information, and ensuring every visitor receives clear, professional, and timely support.
Digital Records and Data Entry – This position requires maintaining accurate digital documentation, entering patient data into internal systems, and ensuring that all electronic records meet Medcare’s quality and confidentiality standards.
Support for Medical Staff – You will assist doctors, nurses, and administrative teams by retrieving records, preparing charts, and ensuring all required documents are available before consultations or procedures.
Customer Interaction and Service Delivery – The role involves answering basic patient queries, directing them to the appropriate departments, and maintaining a calm, friendly environment for individuals seeking healthcare services.
Administrative and Clerical Support – You will help manage filing, scanning, appointment coordination, and communication tasks to ensure the department runs with efficiency, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
