Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR to support day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department in a remote role. The candidate should be a recent graduate with a passion for human resources and excellent organizational skills.
Administrative Support: You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding documentation, and managing digital filing systems to ensure organized and up-to-date HR documentation.
Employee Engagement: Assist in planning employee engagement activities and virtual initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. You may also help draft communication for internal announcements.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews, tracking candidate statuses, and updating the recruitment database. Your assistance ensures smooth coordination between applicants and interviewers.
Policy Compliance: Help ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and procedures. You’ll also assist with audits and maintaining compliance records when needed.
Coordination & Communication: Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries. You’ll coordinate with other departments and external contacts to ensure seamless workflow.
