Architectural Planning and Documentation – You will be familiar with architectural plans and create technical plans that require architectural knowledge and expertise. Architectural Knowledge – Strong familiarity with architectural plans, building codes, construction methods, and industry standards is essential. You must be capable of creating technically accurate plans that can be used for construction, permitting, and client presentations while ensuring designs are practical and buildable.

Software Proficiency – Proficiency in 3D rendering and architectural design software including SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar programs is required. You should be skilled at producing both technical drawings and photorealistic renderings that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and construction teams.

English Communication – Good English communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to understand project requirements, communicate with US-based clients and team members, present design concepts clearly, respond to feedback, and ensure effective collaboration across time zones.

Technical Requirements – Reliable internet connection is mandatory to support video calls, file transfers, cloud-based collaboration, and real-time communication with the US-based team. You must have the necessary hardware and software setup to perform architectural work remotely without technical interruptions.
