Role Overview

EMAC Electromechanical LLC is seeking a professional and well-organized Administrative Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners while providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a presentable demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Receptionist, you will manage the front desk by welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and directing communications appropriately within the organization. You will coordinate meeting room bookings, manage office correspondence, and maintain organized records and filing systems. Supporting administrative functions will be a key part of your role, including preparing documents, maintaining office supplies, assisting with scheduling, and providing general support to management and staff. You will also ensure that the reception area and office environment remain professional and organized at all times, reflecting the company’s standards and values.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates should have prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably within the UAE. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are critical for success in this position.
