Role Overview – Secure Life Group is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong administrative expertise, coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage office operations, support executives, coordinate administrative functions, and ensure smooth business operations within a corporate environment.
Office Administration and Operations Management – You will manage office administration and operations by overseeing daily administrative activities and workflows, coordinating office services and facilities, managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring office organization and efficiency, coordinating vendor services and contracts, supporting general office operations, maintaining professional office environments, and ensuring smooth, productive administrative operations.
Executive Support and Coordination – You will provide executive support and coordination by assisting senior management with administrative tasks, managing executive calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, preparing correspondence and communications, processing documents and presentations, supporting business travel arrangements, facilitating executive requests and priorities, and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.
Meeting and Event Coordination – You will coordinate meetings and events by scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing meeting rooms and materials, coordinating catering and refreshments, managing audio-visual equipment setup, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, coordinating attendee communications, supporting conference and event logistics, and ensuring successful meeting and event execution.
Communication and Correspondence Management – You will manage communication and correspondence by handling incoming and outgoing communications, coordinating email and phone communications, drafting letters and memos, distributing announcements and notices, managing information flow between departments, coordinating stakeholder communications, maintaining professional correspondence, and ensuring effective communication coordination.
