Job Description

Administrative Support: The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations across the organization. This includes managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and workflow coordination.

Remote Office Management: As this is a work-from-home role, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient virtual office environment using the equipment provided by the company. Strong digital organization skills are essential.

Communication Handling: The role includes managing incoming emails, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring timely responses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to uphold a professional standard.

Scheduling & Calendar Management: The candidate will assist in organizing meetings, managing calendars, scheduling sessions, and coordinating appointments for the team, ensuring efficient time management.

Documentation & Record Keeping: The assistant will maintain digital records, prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and handle confidential information with discretion. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.

Task Coordination: The candidate will support daily workflows by coordinating tasks between departments, following up on pending items, and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and organized manner.

Process Improvement: The Administrative Assistant will help streamline administrative processes, identify efficiency improvements, and support the team in implementing better operational practices.

Client Support: The role involves providing basic client assistance, guiding inquiries, and ensuring a supportive experience for users of the GCC Menopause Hub’s services while maintaining confidentiality and respect.
