Position Overview: Amer Al Marzooqi Advocates & Legal Consultants LLC-SO is seeking a bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in both Arabic and English to support our legal team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at organization, communication, and attention to detail while managing sensitive and confidential information in a professional setting.
Administrative Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining office organization and efficiency through the management of legal correspondence, filing systems, and scheduling. You will handle daily office operations, ensuring that documentation, communication, and workflow processes are smooth and compliant with internal standards.
Legal Support Functions: This position requires close collaboration with lawyers and consultants to prepare case files, draft legal forms, and manage client-related documentation. You will assist with contract preparation, letter drafting, and document submission to courts and government departments. Precision and confidentiality will be critical in performing these legal administrative tasks effectively.
Client and Communication Management: You will serve as a key liaison between clients, legal professionals, and external entities. Managing client inquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining professionalism in all communications—both in Arabic and English—will be central to this role. Your ability to translate and draft bilingual correspondence will enhance communication accuracy and efficiency across departments.
Coordination and Office Support: The Administrative Assistant will support various operational functions, including HR, accounting, and general office management. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, maintaining attendance records, managing supplies, and assisting with administrative logistics to ensure a well-organized work environment.
