Job Description

Role Overview – Accor is looking for an F&B Administration - Assistant Manager in Dubai to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and support our team in delivering excellence every day. Daily Operations Oversight – You will oversee daily F&B administrative operations including managing schedules, coordinating activities, monitoring performance, ensuring smooth workflow, addressing operational issues, and maintaining the organizational systems that support efficient F&B department functioning.

Process Streamlining – You will streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, standardizing procedures, optimizing workflows, reducing redundancies, and creating systems that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness across F&B administration.

Team Support and Leadership – You will support the F&B team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating resources, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring team members have the support they need to deliver excellence in food and beverage service.

Administrative Management – You will manage F&B administrative functions including documentation, record-keeping, reporting, correspondence, scheduling, and various administrative tasks that support F&B operations and management decision-making.

Coordination and Communication – You will coordinate between F&B departments, kitchen, service teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, timely information flow, and collaborative operations across all F&B functions.

Reporting and Analytics – You will prepare reports on F&B operations, track key performance indicators, analyze data, provide insights, and support management with information needed for strategic planning and operational decisions.

Compliance and Standards – You will ensure compliance with F&B standards, hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Maintaining standards ensures quality service delivery and regulatory adherence.
