Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Staff to join Giffy Real Estate in Dubai. This role is central to supporting our growing real estate business by managing essential office tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and professional, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: The Admin Staff will handle administrative duties such as data entry, file management, document preparation, and report generation. In addition, the role involves coordinating with clients, assisting in property inquiries, managing correspondence, and supporting real estate agents with back-office tasks to maintain efficient workflows.

Client Coordination: A major aspect of this role includes serving as a bridge between clients and the business. You will be responsible for handling client queries, following up on requests, and providing updates in a timely manner. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally will directly influence client satisfaction and company reputation.

Office Support: This position requires managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing general support to management and team members. The role also includes assisting in organizing company events, property viewings, and ensuring the office operates effectively on a daily basis.

Data Management: You will oversee accurate data entry related to properties, clients, and transactions. Updating internal databases, preparing reports for management, and ensuring compliance with company policies will form an integral part of your responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this aspect.

Team Collaboration: The Admin Staff will work closely with the HR, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth internal communication and support business functions.
