Daily Administrative Support: The Admin Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, filing, scheduling, and correspondence. This ensures smooth office operations and supports all departments in achieving operational efficiency.
Office Coordination: The role involves coordinating between various teams, assisting management with meeting arrangements, and ensuring timely communication of internal announcements. Effective coordination skills are critical to maintain workflow and productivity.
Document Management: The Admin Assistant will maintain accurate records of all office documents, reports, and correspondence. This includes organizing files, updating databases, and ensuring documents are readily accessible for management and audit purposes.
Communication and Reporting: Strong communication skills are required to interact with internal staff, clients, and external vendors. The Admin Assistant will draft emails, prepare reports, and provide updates to ensure smooth office communication.
Scheduling and Task Management: The role requires managing calendars, arranging appointments, and coordinating office schedules. Prioritizing tasks and multitasking efficiently will be essential for handling a busy office environment.
Travel and Errand Support: The Admin Assistant must hold a valid UAE driving license and may be required to run office errands, deliver documents, or assist with other operational needs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
