Role Overview: DGM Investment LLC, a reputable business entity in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative and clerical support to the organization’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: The Admin Assistant will handle correspondence, manage office documentation, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Documentation & Record Keeping: The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating filing systems (both physical and digital), and preparing reports as required by management.
Communication Duties: The ideal candidate will draft and edit emails, letters, and internal communications while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.
Coordination Support: This position requires assisting in the coordination of company events, handling vendor relations, and ensuring that all office supplies and equipment are well-maintained.
Problem-Solving Skills: The successful candidate must have the ability to anticipate administrative needs, proactively resolve minor operational issues, and support team productivity.
