Job Description
Role Overview: The Accounts Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions within Azco Real Estate. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable Management: The candidate will oversee client invoicing, payment tracking, and collections. Maintaining accurate records and reconciling accounts on a regular basis will be crucial to ensure timely and efficient financial operations.
Accounts Payable Management: The role also involves processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and verifying all transactions for accuracy. Coordination with vendors and internal departments will be required to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth financial workflows.
Reconciliation and Accuracy: Strong reconciliation skills are essential for this role. The Accounts Specialist will perform periodic reconciliations of accounts, ensuring that all financial data is correct and compliant with company policies. Accuracy in reporting and accounting practices is critical to support management decisions.
Real Estate Industry Focus: Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage for understanding industry-specific accounting practices. Knowledge of property transactions, lease agreements, and other real estate financial operations will enhance effectiveness in this position.
Communication and Coordination: Effective communication skills are required to liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors. The Accounts Specialist will provide clear updates on account statuses, support audits, and resolve financial inquiries in a professional manner.
