Accounts Reconciliation and Accuracy: As an Accounts Receivable Accountant at Five Thirty F&B Management, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and transparency across multiple F&B outlets. You will handle daily reconciliation of point-of-sale (POS) transactions, credit card settlements, and payments received through online aggregators such as Talabat, Deliveroo, and Careem. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every transaction is recorded correctly, supporting the company’s commitment to financial integrity and operational excellence.

Revenue Tracking and Collections: In this position, you’ll be responsible for monitoring receivables and ensuring timely payment collections from customers and third-party delivery partners. You will regularly communicate with clients and vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and update records in the system. Your proactive approach will contribute directly to the company’s cash flow stability and long-term profitability by minimizing overdue balances and optimizing collection cycles.

Audit and Compliance Support: You will assist the finance team during internal and external audits, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with UAE accounting standards. From maintaining proper documentation to preparing reconciliations, you’ll play an important part in ensuring audit readiness and financial transparency. You’ll also help implement internal controls that enhance the accuracy of financial reporting and safeguard the organization against discrepancies or data inconsistencies.

Financial Reporting and Analysis: This role involves preparing and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports that reflect the company’s revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with the finance manager to provide insights that support data-driven decision-making. Your reports will help management evaluate outlet performance, identify trends, and make informed strategic adjustments to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.

Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with outlet managers, auditors, and external aggregators, you’ll ensure that all revenue data is synchronized and accurately reflected in company records. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve workflow efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively between operations and finance departments.

Technology and Process Optimization: The ideal candidate will utilize accounting software and Excel to manage data efficiently, automate reconciliation tasks, and improve reporting accuracy. You’ll play an active role in recommending system enhancements or tools that simplify financial processes. Staying updated with digital finance tools and best practices will allow you to contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting operations.
