Every automotive business runs on more than just engines and inventory. It runs on numbers. The cost of parts, the margins on sales, the cash flow that keeps the workshop running. Vgetter, a Dubai-based HR consultancy founded in 2015, is recruiting an Accounts & Finance Manager on behalf of a client in the automotive sector. This is a role for a finance professional who understands the commercial realities of the automotive industry and can manage the full financial function with confidence.

This is a role for someone with proven experience in accounting and finance, ideally within the automotive, trading, or retail sectors. You will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations. You will also oversee payroll processing, manage cash flow, and coordinate with external auditors. Leading a small finance team will be part of the role, so you should be comfortable guiding colleagues and taking ownership of the department's output.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax regulations, and you are proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or an ERP system. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Experience in the automotive sector will be a strong advantage. You are based in Dubai and available to work on-site.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month, depending on experience.
