Job Description
Role Overview – The Accounts Executive role supports the finance department by ensuring accurate financial records, smooth transaction processing, and compliance with internal financial controls. This position plays an essential role in maintaining the organization’s financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Accounting Operations – The role involves assisting with daily accounting tasks such as transaction recording, invoice handling, ledger maintenance, and supporting accounts payable and receivable activities under established financial procedures.
Financial Accuracy – Attention to detail is critical, as the Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate records, verifying documentation, and ensuring all financial entries are properly recorded and traceable.
Internal Coordination – This position works closely with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, collect financial data, and support cross-functional reporting requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance Support – The role assists in ensuring adherence to company financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards while maintaining organized financial documentation.
Operational Contribution – By supporting month-end activities, reconciliations, and routine reporting, the Accounts Executive contributes to the overall financial stability and transparency of the organization.
