Role Overview: The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities related to freight forwarding and NVOCC operations. This role requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Financial Reporting and Reconciliation: You will prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements, ledgers, and records related to shipments and operational costs. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of billing, freight invoices, and credit notes while maintaining up-to-date client account balances.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Management: The Accounts Executive will handle payables and receivables efficiently, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and vendor reconciliation. You will also assist in monitoring cash flow and support management in budgeting and forecasting.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintaining proper documentation for all financial transactions, invoices, and shipping-related expenses will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will ensure that all financial procedures comply with company policies and international accounting standards.

Coordination with Operations Team: This role requires close collaboration with the shipping, logistics, and operations departments to ensure seamless financial coordination and accurate cost reporting for every shipment or consignment handled.

Performance and Accuracy: You will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy across all shipping accounts. Regular audits, error analysis, and reporting will be essential to support the management in financial decision-making and performance evaluation.
