Tarrad Real Estate Development LLC is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Accountant specializing in Receivables to join their Finance and Accounts team in Business Bay, Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accounting professional with a strong background in the UAE real estate development or construction sector who is ready to take ownership of the full receivables cycle within a dynamic and growing property development company.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the full receivables cycle including invoicing, collections, credit control, and reconciliations. You will prepare and monitor AR aging reports, follow up on outstanding payments, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. You will liaise with clients, project teams, and internal departments to ensure timely collections, assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis related to receivables, ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards, and support external audits and month end and year end closing activities.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience with a focus on receivables within the UAE, preferably in real estate development or construction companies. A professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA is required along with strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential requirements for this role.
