Indu Kishore Logistics DWC LLC is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Identify opportunities to grow business within assigned accounts.

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Coordinate with operations, finance, and logistics teams to deliver seamless service.

Prepare regular account performance reports and provide insights to senior management.

Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high service standards.

Support the development of proposals, presentations, and client-specific solutions.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

ERP and MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
