This is a role for an accounting professional who has spent time in the construction sector, working with contractors, subcontractors, and project-based financial reporting. You will manage financial records for projects, handle accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Your understanding of project costs, job costing, and construction-specific accounting practices will be critical to ensuring the financial health of projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in the construction sector and a strong grasp of accounting principles and UAE financial regulations. You are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will set you apart in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and you take pride in delivering accurate, timely financial information that supports decision-making.

Salary:
AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
