Role Overview – MCT Group is hiring an Accountant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized accounting professionals with strong financial knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to support accounting operations effectively, maintain accurate records, process financial transactions, assist with reporting, and develop accounting expertise within a dynamic business organization environment.

General Ledger Support and Transaction Recording – You will assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording financial transactions, ensuring proper account classification, and supporting monthly reconciliation processes. You will verify transaction postings, investigate discrepancies, and ensure the general ledger balances with supporting documentation. You will learn MCT Group accounting practices and maintain transaction accuracy.

Accounts Receivable Processing – You will assist with accounts receivable by processing customer invoices, recording payments, and maintaining customer account records. You will follow up on outstanding invoices, prepare aging reports, and support collections efforts. You will maintain accurate receivable records for MCT Group's clients and customers.

Accounts Payable Support – You will assist with accounts payable operations by processing supplier invoices, verifying accuracy against purchase orders, and preparing payment schedules. You will maintain vendor records, organize invoices, and support the payment approval workflow. You will process payments to MCT Group suppliers and service providers.
