Job Description

Role Overview: The Accountant – Receivables will support daily accounting operations with a strong focus on receivables management and financial accuracy. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can maintain organized financial records while supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth and compliant accounting processes.

Accounts Operations: The selected candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including managing accounts receivable and payable functions. This includes processing invoices, monitoring payments, and ensuring all financial entries are accurately recorded in the system.

Invoice and Documentation Handling: The role involves processing purchase invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and preparing debit notes, credit notes, payments, and receipts. Accuracy and proper documentation are essential to maintain transparency and audit readiness.

Reconciliation Duties: The accountant will regularly reconcile bank statements, customer ledgers, and other financial accounts. Identifying discrepancies and resolving them efficiently will be a key responsibility to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Coordination with Stakeholders: This position requires active coordination with customers and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related queries. Clear communication and professional follow-up are critical to maintaining strong business relationships.

Closing and Administrative Support: The candidate will support month-end and year-end closing processes and perform general administrative tasks to assist the finance department. This includes maintaining organized financial records and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
