Job Description
Financial Management & Accounting: The Accountant will manage the daily accounting operations of the medical center/PHC, including ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements. Accuracy and adherence to healthcare financial regulations are essential.
Billing & Insurance Coordination: Oversee patient billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursements. Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant with UAE healthcare regulations.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operational efficiency. Monitor expenditures, optimize cash flow, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all accounting records comply with UAE financial standards. Prepare documents for audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with medical, administrative, and HR teams to provide timely financial insights and support decision-making processes.
