Position Overview: Mortgage Feeders is seeking a talented and detail-driven Accountant to join our growing finance department in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, a deep understanding of financial accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced business environment. This role requires a professional who can handle diverse accounting responsibilities and contribute to the financial stability of the company.

Core Responsibilities: As part of the finance team, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, account reconciliation, and transaction processing. You will prepare and maintain accurate general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements to ensure financial transparency. The position also involves maintaining organized records and ensuring timely reporting to management.

Financial Reporting and Compliance: The Accountant will be responsible for generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring that all activities comply with UAE accounting standards and company policies. You will also handle bank reconciliations, VAT filings, and internal audits, ensuring that every financial transaction is properly documented and legally compliant.

Budgeting and Forecasting: You will assist in preparing and monitoring company budgets, analyzing variances, and forecasting financial performance. Your insights and detailed analysis will help guide management in making data-driven business decisions. The role requires an analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving within financial planning processes.

Technology and Software Use: Proficiency in modern accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP systems is crucial for this role. You will be expected to maintain digital records accurately and leverage Excel tools for financial modeling and data analysis. Strong command of accounting software will enhance efficiency and reduce operational errors in the financial workflow.

Team Collaboration and Work Environment: At Mortgage Feeders, teamwork and communication are highly valued.
