The candidate will also assist in preparing VAT filings, maintaining audit-ready records, and implementing financial controls that align with the company’s objectives.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: The successful candidate will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization. They will be required to prepare management reports, assist in budgeting, and forecast company financial performance. By maintaining detailed financial documentation and ensuring timely reconciliations, the Accountant will play a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making within the organization.

ERP and Systems Management: The Accountant must have a solid background in ERP systems and digital accounting platforms used for recording and monitoring transactions. This includes maintaining data integrity within the software, generating financial statements from the ERP system, and providing accurate reports for audits or management review. A good understanding of Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar systems is highly desirable.

Compliance and Auditing: This position requires strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT compliance, and auditing procedures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all accounting practices are consistent with legal and regulatory standards. Preparing documents for internal and external audits, assisting auditors, and implementing audit recommendations are key components of this responsibility.

Team Collaboration: The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, including procurement, HR, and operations, to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly. The Accountant will also support the finance manager in developing internal policies, optimizing workflows, and maintaining smooth day-to-day accounting operations in a collaborative environment.
