Financial Recording: As an Accountant, you will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate general ledger entries. Ensuring all accounting entries are correct and compliant with accounting standards will be your primary responsibility.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: You will handle supplier payments, vendor reconciliations, customer invoices, and collections. Effective management of accounts payable and receivable will be vital to maintaining the company’s financial health.

Month-End & Year-End Closings: You will play a key role in preparing and finalizing month-end and year-end financial closings. This includes adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Financial Statements Preparation: You will prepare management reports, financial statements, and analytical summaries to support decision-making processes. Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail will be crucial in this task.

Compliance with UAE Regulations: The Accountant must ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements in the UAE. You will be expected to manage tax filings and stay updated with the latest financial regulations.

Audit Support: You will work closely with external and internal auditors, providing them with necessary documentation and ensuring transparency in all financial operations.
