Position Overview: IRHA BUSINESSMEN SERVICES is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial operations and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and financial reporting to support the company’s growth and success.

Financial Record Management: Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. This includes preparing and reviewing entries, ensuring all accounts are properly reconciled, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial for this role.

Bookkeeping & Transactions: You will handle accounts payable and receivable processes, manage supplier payments, customer invoicing, and reconcile bank statements. Your role will ensure that daily transactions are recorded correctly and financial health is monitored efficiently.

Financial Reporting: The Accountant will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to present a clear picture of the company’s financial position. You will also be responsible for assisting with external audits and ensuring all reports are compliant with local accounting practices.

Taxation & Compliance: An important part of your role will involve handling VAT compliance and preparing tax returns. You will also provide audit support, ensuring all financial activities adhere to UAE tax and regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding the company from legal risks.

Budgeting & Forecasting: You will contribute to business strategy by assisting with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This responsibility will involve providing analytical insights to management that support decision-making and long-term business objectives.
