Financial Record Management: As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing ledgers, and ensuring all transactions are properly documented in compliance with UAE accounting standards.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: You will handle supplier invoices, vendor payments, and customer collections. The role requires careful monitoring of outstanding balances to ensure healthy cash flow and timely settlement of accounts.

Bank Reconciliation: Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records will be a key responsibility. You will identify discrepancies, track payments, and provide reports to management to maintain financial transparency.

Expense Monitoring: The Accountant will oversee daily expense tracking and ensure all expenditures are authorized, documented, and aligned with company budgets. You will also provide monthly expense summaries to support decision-making.

VAT Filing & Compliance: You will assist in preparing VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Staying updated with changes in VAT laws will be crucial to avoid penalties and maintain accurate submissions.

Reporting & Analysis: The role includes preparing financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and monthly summaries for management review. You will also assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
