Accounting Operations: As an Accountant at MEACO Group, you will manage daily accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transaction tracking. Accuracy and timeliness in handling records will be essential for maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial systems.

Financial Reporting & Audits: You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Supporting internal and external audits will also be part of your role, including providing relevant documentation and explanations.

Tax Compliance & Regulations: A critical responsibility will be ensuring compliance with UAE VAT laws and other tax-related requirements. You will also ensure adherence to internal company policies and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Systems & Tools Expertise: The role requires proficiency in Odoo, Zoho Books, and advanced Excel functions. You will leverage these tools to streamline processes, generate financial insights, and improve the efficiency of financial reporting.

Management Insights & Reporting: In this position, you will generate analytical reports and provide valuable financial insights to senior management. Your recommendations will support strategic planning, cost control, and operational efficiency across the group’s business sectors.

Collaboration & Efficiency: You will work closely with internal teams, auditors, and management to ensure smooth financial operations. Strong organizational and communication skills will help in meeting deadlines and supporting cross-functional projects.
