Job Overview: As an Accountant at Wealth Tellers, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in all bookkeeping activities, and maintaining compliance with UAE’s VAT and tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling bank accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate general ledger entries. In addition, you will oversee invoicing, expense monitoring, and ensure timely submission of VAT returns.

Compliance & Audit: You will act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring all documentation and reports meet compliance standards. Strong knowledge of UAE taxation, IFRS standards, and financial reporting requirements is essential. The Accountant will also assist management in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Technical Expertise: The role requires proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books. You will also be expected to use advanced MS Excel functions for reporting, data validation, and variance analysis. Staying updated with evolving financial regulations in the UAE will be part of your continuous professional development.

Team Collaboration: While this is primarily an individual contributor role, you will collaborate with internal departments such as HR, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth financial workflows. Effective communication and strong coordination with management are vital to streamline company-wide financial practices.
