Job Overview: As an Account Manager or Account Director at Digital Farm, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital campaigns, and ensuring exceptional delivery of marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic digital media environment where creativity, strategy, and client success are at the heart of everything we do. Client Relationship Management: You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, brand identity, and target audience. Building strong, long-term relationships is key, as you’ll collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement campaigns that drive measurable results and strengthen their digital presence.

Campaign Strategy and Execution: You will oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and display networks. Working closely with creative, content, and technical teams, you will ensure that every project aligns with client objectives and industry trends while maintaining excellence in execution.

Team Collaboration and Leadership: As an Account Manager or Director, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. For senior-level applicants, leadership responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, guiding strategy discussions, and contributing to the company’s business growth initiatives.

Market Insight and Innovation: Staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics is essential. You will be expected to recommend innovative approaches, identify opportunities for brand growth, and propose data-driven improvements that maximize campaign performance and client ROI.

Reporting and Performance Tracking: You will regularly monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports for clients. Your analytical mindset will help interpret metrics to refine strategies and demonstrate the value of Digital Farm’s services.
