Role Overview – Transguard Group is hiring an Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced business development professionals with strong client relationship expertise, security and facility management industry knowledge, and the ability to manage accounts effectively, build client satisfaction, drive business growth, coordinate service delivery, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic security and facility management organization.

Account Management and Relationship – You will manage assigned accounts by building relationships with clients, understanding needs, and maintaining strong partnerships. You will serve as primary point of contact, coordinate communications, and support client satisfaction. You should develop strategic account relationships and provide exceptional service.

Client Satisfaction and Retention – You will ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns, responding to needs, and maintaining service quality. You will track satisfaction, proactively identify issues, and implement improvements. You should focus on client retention and loyalty.

Business Development and Growth – You will drive business growth by identifying expansion opportunities within accounts, developing proposals, and supporting contract growth. You will increase revenue through existing client relationships. You should pursue growth opportunities strategically.

Service Delivery Coordination – You will coordinate service delivery by liaising with operations, ensuring service standards, and supporting operational execution. You will monitor service quality and address operational issues supporting client needs. You should facilitate effective service delivery.
