Job Description
Client Relationship Management: As an Account Executive, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively. You will assist in managing ongoing relationships, helping to deliver exceptional service and building long-term trust.
Campaign Execution: You will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail environments. This includes monitoring deliverables, coordinating resources, and ensuring all project milestones are achieved on time.
Creative & Strategic Support: The Account Executive will collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to develop campaigns that align with client objectives. You will draft briefs, prepare presentations, and ensure all creative assets are consistent with brand guidelines.
Project Coordination: A large part of your role will involve drafting timelines, preparing weekly updates, and maintaining detailed reports. Your ability to coordinate between internal departments and external vendors will be crucial in maintaining efficiency.
Financial Management: You will assist in budget monitoring, preparing cost estimates, and coordinating with the finance team for invoicing and approvals. Ensuring campaigns stay within budget will be an important measure of success in this role.
Market Insights: The Account Executive will conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. This insight will support strategy development and help the agency craft campaigns that are relevant, innovative, and culturally resonant.
