Role Overview – Kandas Rental Team is hiring a Workshop Supervisor (Automobile) for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished automotive professionals with strong workshop management expertise, vehicle maintenance and repair knowledge, and the ability to lead workshop operations effectively, manage maintenance teams, oversee vehicle servicing, maintain quality standards, ensure compliance, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic vehicle rental and maintenance organization.

Workshop Operations Leadership – You will lead workshop operations by directing functions, managing teams, overseeing processes, and driving excellence. You will ensure organized workshop supporting organizational objectives. You should provide comprehensive workshop management and leadership.

Maintenance Operations Management – You will manage maintenance operations by organizing schedules, coordinating activities, maintaining workflows, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing. You should manage maintenance operations strategically.

Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling – You will schedule maintenance by planning work, coordinating activities, managing timelines, and supporting efficiency. You will ensure organized maintenance scheduling and execution. You should manage maintenance scheduling.

Preventive Maintenance Programs – You will implement preventive maintenance by scheduling services, organizing procedures, tracking completion, and maintaining records. You will support vehicle longevity and reliability. You should manage preventive maintenance programs.

Vehicle Inspection and Assessment – You will conduct inspections by assessing vehicle condition, identifying issues, documenting findings, and supporting maintenance planning. You will maintain vehicle standards. You should conduct vehicle inspections.

Mechanical Work Oversight – You will oversee mechanical work by managing procedures, monitoring quality, supporting technicians, and ensuring standards. You will maintain quality mechanical work. You should oversee mechanical operations.
