Role Overview:As a Waitress/Waiter, you will be the face of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Guest Interaction:You will greet guests warmly, explain menu items, and make recommendations based on preferences. You must be attentive and responsive to ensure guest satisfaction.

Order Management:Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery. You must communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.

Cleanliness & Setup:Prepare tables before service, maintain cleanliness, and reset tables promptly for the next guests. Following hygiene standards is mandatory.

Upselling & Promotions:Actively promote daily specials and upsell beverages or desserts to maximize sales. Product knowledge and enthusiasm are essential.

Handling Payments:Process guest payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash handling protocols. Familiarity with POS systems is required.
