Puffy is looking for an innovative and AI-First UI/UX Design Manager to join its team at the forefront of internal innovation, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a career-accelerating role for an impatient high-performer who wants to compress three years of AI-first design leadership mastery into one, and who is energised by shipping high-fidelity web experiences and owning design as a direct revenue driver.

In this role, you will hold ultimate ownership of Puffy's e-commerce web design, revolutionising the design process and customer experience through the integration of artificial intelligence across every stage of the creative workflow. You will architect an entirely new design operating system, building prompt libraries, AI-assisted workflows, and quality frameworks that eliminate bottlenecks and cut design-to-development handoff time by forty percent. Working with Figma AI, Firefly, and the broader AI-native tool stack, you will rapidly explore layouts and variants, design for conversational shopping, semantic search, and AI assistants, and experiment with bandit allocation, LLM-powered recommendations, and generative AI content operations at scale. You will lead and mentor a design team through a fundamental technological shift, drive conversion experiments with direct P&L impact across add-to-cart conversion lifts and experiment velocity, and present quarterly roadmap reviews directly to the CEO, translating design decisions into business narratives that shape company strategy.

The ideal candidate brings seven to ten years of web design experience for e-commerce including four or more years leading, mentoring, and managing the operations of a design team, alongside a portfolio that shows shipped PDP, PLP, and checkout improvements tied to clear business metrics. Expert-level Figma proficiency including components, variables, and Dev Mode, strong visual and motion craft, proven experience implementing generative AI tools into a professional design pipeline, and familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns including conversational search, assistant UI, and recommendation modules are all required. Comfort collaborating on A/B and multi-armed bandit experiments, working knowledge of WCAG 2.2, and SEO fundamentals for structured e-commerce content are also expected. Experience designing chat or guided-selling flows is a meaningful advantage.

Puffy offers a total annual package of up to USD 132,000 including a base of up to USD 120,000 and a monthly performance bonus of up to ten percent of base, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous paid time off, access to an AI-native tool stack, international team collaboration across 14 or more nationalities, and eligibility for the Leaders Club recognition programme and Champions of the Month award. This position is fully remote globally, with the option to work from the Dubai headquarters at zero percent income tax, with full relocation and visa sponsorship support provided.

Salary: Up to USD 132,000 total annual package (base up to USD 120,000 plus monthly performance bonus up to 10%)
