Role Overview – Mileo Hotel Dubai is hiring a Training Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality training professionals with strong learning and development expertise, instructional design capabilities, and the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, drive service excellence, and build team capabilities across all hotel departments.

Training Strategy and Program Development – You will develop training strategy and programs by assessing organizational training needs, creating annual training plans, designing training curricula for all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, engineering, sales), aligning training initiatives with hotel objectives, and ensuring training programs support operational excellence and service quality.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation – You will design and deliver employee onboarding and orientation programs by creating comprehensive induction training, coordinating departmental orientations, introducing new hires to hotel standards and culture, conducting welcome sessions, and ensuring all new employees receive proper orientation and foundational training for success.

Service Excellence and Standards Training – You will drive service excellence training by developing customer service programs, training staff on hospitality service standards, implementing service recovery techniques, coaching teams on guest interaction skills, and ensuring all employees deliver exceptional, consistent service that reflects Mileo Hotel's brand values.

Departmental Training Coordination – You will coordinate departmental training by working with department heads to identify training needs, developing department-specific training modules (housekeeping standards, front desk procedures, F&B service techniques, engineering safety), delivering technical training, and ensuring all departments have skilled, competent teams.

Training Delivery and Facilitation – You will deliver and facilitate training sessions by conducting classroom training, workshops, on-the-job training, role-playing exercises, and hands-on demonstrations, using engaging training methodologies, adapting delivery styles to diverse learning needs, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration – You will manage learning management systems by maintaining training databases, tracking employee training completion, managing e-learning platforms, uploading training content, generating training reports, and ensuring comprehensive training records and compliance tracking.
