Job Description

Role Overview: Tefillah Commercial Brokers in Deira, Dubai, is seeking motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a solid understanding of financial products and services. You will be responsible for developing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Client Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Financial Needs Assessment: Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet their requirements.

Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s financial products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calls and other sales techniques.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
