Job Overview: On behalf of a prestigious luxury fashion brand, Talents Rail is recruiting an experienced Team Leader / Manager to head the Women’s Ready-to-Wear department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, premium client service, and luxury sales experience within the fashion retail sector.

Leadership & Team Management: You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of fashion advisors to achieve high performance through coaching, motivation, and daily management. Your leadership style should reflect the elegance, precision, and service standards of a world-renowned fashion house.

Client Development: You’ll be responsible for cultivating and managing a strong VIP clientele by building long-lasting relationships, ensuring repeat business, and representing the brand with grace and professionalism. An expert understanding of customer preferences, trends, and loyalty will be essential.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborating with store management, you’ll analyze sales data, set departmental KPIs, and ensure your team meets and exceeds monthly targets. You will also contribute to merchandising decisions and floor planning to maximize exposure and appeal.

Operational Excellence: You’ll ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are in line with brand guidelines. Additionally, you’ll oversee stock levels, organize team schedules, and maintain operational discipline within your department.

Luxury Service Delivery: Delivering personalized, high-touch service is at the core of this role. You’ll train your team to embody luxury values and etiquette, ensuring every client interaction exceeds expectations in terms of hospitality and knowledge.
