Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing daily team operations, monitoring performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for conducting regular team meetings, addressing any issues or concerns that arise, and implementing strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
Shift Management and Operations: This role demands flexibility and adaptability due to its rotational shift schedule, encompassing 17 shifts per week. You will be required to work 6 days a week with a rotational day off, ensuring continuous operational coverage. Managing these shifts effectively and ensuring seamless operational between team members is crucial to maintain consistent service delivery.
Performance and Development: A key aspect of this role is to drive team performance and facilitate individual development. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to help team members enhance their skills and achieve their potential. You will also identify training needs and collaborate with management to implement appropriate development programs.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration are essential for success in this role. You will be required to communicate regularly with team members, management, and other departments to ensure alignment and address any operational challenges. Building and maintaining strong working relationships is crucial for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: As a Team Leader, you will be expected to handle day-to-day operational issues and make informed decisions to ensure smooth workflow. You will need to be proactive in identifying potential problems and implementing effective solutions. Your ability to think critically and make sound judgments will be vital in maintaining operational efficiency.
