Job Description
Talent Acquisition: You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding.
Screening & Interviewing: You will conduct CV screenings, interviews, and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
Candidate Sourcing: You will actively source top talent through job boards, recruitment portals, and social platforms.
Recruitment Strategy: You will develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with workforce planning and school goals.
Policy Compliance: You will ensure hiring practices follow HR policies, labor laws, and internal guidelines.
Hiring Documentation: You will manage employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation accurately.
Collaboration: You will partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and enhance the candidate experience.
Data & Reporting: You will maintain applicant tracking systems and generate regular recruitment analytics reports.
