Job Description

Strategic Talent Acquisition: The Talent Acquisition Manager/Assistant Manager will lead and support hiring strategies across multiple brands and departments.

End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Employer Branding: Developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Building: Proactively sourcing candidates and building strong talent pipelines.

Candidate Experience Management: Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment needs.

High-Volume Recruitment (Plus): Previous experience in high-volume or hospitality/F&B recruitment is a plus.
