Job Description

Role Overview – Schneider Electric is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced recruitment specialists with strong talent acquisition expertise, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent, and support hiring needs within a global energy management and automation technology company.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management – You will manage full-cycle recruitment by handling job requisitions from intake through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements, defining job specifications, developing recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, and ensuring timely, quality hiring across technical, commercial, and support functions.

Talent Sourcing and Candidate Attraction – You will drive talent sourcing and candidate attraction by developing sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies), conducting proactive headhunting, building talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and attracting high-quality talent to Schneider Electric.

Stakeholder Partnership and Business Alignment – You will partner with stakeholders and align with business needs by engaging with hiring managers, HR business partners, and department heads, understanding organizational priorities, providing recruitment insights, advising on market conditions and talent availability, and ensuring recruitment strategies support business objectives.

Candidate Screening and Assessment – You will screen and assess candidates by reviewing applications and CVs, conducting telephone screenings, evaluating candidate qualifications and cultural fit, coordinating technical assessments when needed, managing competency-based interviews, and ensuring candidates meet role requirements and organizational standards.

Interview Coordination and Management – You will coordinate and manage interviews by scheduling interview panels, coordinating with interviewers and candidates, preparing interview guides and evaluation criteria, facilitating interview processes, gathering feedback, managing interview logistics, and ensuring positive candidate experiences throughout the selection process.

Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing – You will support employer branding and recruitment marketing by promoting Schneider Electric as an employer of choice, creating compelling job advertisements, leveraging social media and digital channels, participating in job fairs and campus recruitment, showcasing company culture and employee value proposition, and attracting top talent through strong employer brand positioning.

Offer Management and Negotiation – You will manage offers and negotiation by preparing offer letters, presenting offers to candidates, negotiating salary and benefits within approved frameworks, addressing candidate concerns, managing offer acceptance process, coordinating pre-employment checks, and ensuring smooth transition from offer to onboarding.

ATS and Recruitment Technology Management – You will manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment technology by maintaining candidate records in the ATS, tracking recruitment metrics, managing job postings, updating candidate status, generating recruitment reports, ensuring data accuracy, and leveraging recruitment technology to optimize processes.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting – You will track recruitment metrics and prepare reports by monitoring KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, quality of hire), analyzing recruitment data, identifying trends and improvement areas, preparing recruitment dashboards and reports, and providing insights to inform recruitment strategies.
