Role Overview – Apparel Group is hiring a Supervisor for our retail location at Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for retail professionals with supervisory experience who can oversee store operations, lead frontline teams, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Store Operations Supervision – You will supervise daily store operations including overseeing sales floor activities, managing opening and closing procedures, coordinating store activities, ensuring operational efficiency, monitoring store standards, managing customer flow, coordinating with management on operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Team Supervision and Leadership – You will supervise and lead frontline retail staff including sales associates, cashiers, and store assistants. You will assign duties and responsibilities, monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job coaching and guidance, address performance issues, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, motivate team members, and build productive team that delivers quality customer service.

Sales Performance Management – You will drive sales performance by monitoring sales targets, motivating team to achieve sales goals, implementing sales strategies, encouraging upselling and cross-selling, tracking individual and team performance, supporting staff with sales techniques, managing promotions effectively, and ensuring store meets or exceeds sales objectives.

Customer Service Excellence – You will ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, handling customer inquiries and concerns, resolving complaints professionally, monitoring service quality on sales floor, training staff on service standards, ensuring positive shopping experiences, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Visual Merchandising and Standards – You will maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring attractive product displays, implementing planograms and layouts, organizing merchandise presentation, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, checking product placement and signage, ensuring stock is replenished on floor, and upholding brand standards throughout the store.

Inventory and Stock Management – You will support inventory management by monitoring stock levels on sales floor, coordinating stock replenishment from back store, conducting stock counts when needed, managing stock rotation, identifying slow-moving items, coordinating with inventory teams, and ensuring product availability for customers.

Cash and Payment Operations – You will oversee cash handling operations by supervising cashiers, monitoring cash transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures, conducting cash audits and reconciliations, managing payment systems (POS), resolving payment issues, and maintaining financial controls and accuracy.
